You will serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the annual focal review cycle, owning the end-to-end process from planning through execution and close. Beyond project leadership, you will play a critical role in developing, building, and maintaining global compensation analytics tools that empower the broader HR and compensation team with accurate, actionable data, while also driving the identification and implementation of technology solutions that streamline compensation processes. **What You Can Expect** **Focal Cycle Ownership** * Serve as the single point of accountability for the annual focal (merit, bonus, and equity) review cycle, coordinating across HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure a seamless, on-time, and accurate process. * Develop and maintain the focal cycle project plan, including milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, system readiness, and post-cycle audits. * Partner with HRIS and People Analytics teams to configure and validate Workday for each focal cycle, ensuring data integrity and a smooth user experience for HR partners and managers. * Identify and resolve issues during the focal cycle in real time, serving as the escalatio
