What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of technical solutions selling experience, 4+ years experience managing a team of account managers or strategic account executives within the Enterprise segment, A leader who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of success, comfortable with selling a platform or SaaS, Customer focused, metrics driven, embraces a consultative sales philosophy, and is passionate about helping their team succeed, Experience building high performing sales teams, managing forecasting, and supporting fiscal planning and revenue tracking for all major accounts in the region, Demonstrated ability to develop consultative relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams at all levels, Bring data driven methodology and quantitative analytical skills, including pipeline management and forecasting, Excellent time management/prioritization skills, verbal and written communication skills, Share best practices and knowledge with the extended team to produce optimal results for the region, A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking and other communication solutions is preferred

Lead growing Strategic Accounts team

Lead strategic prospect and customer meetings
Conduct weekly 1:1s with team members
Provide tactical and strategic deal guidance
Maintain accurate CRM data for team
Provide reliable weekly forecast information
