ABOUT BROCCOLI Broccoli is building the AI operating system for home service businesses. We work with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors — the people who keep homes running — and we replace fragmented tools and manual workflows with AI agents that actually do the work. Our AI assistants answer phones, book jobs, follow up with customers, and drive revenue — fully integrated into systems like ServiceTitan. We started by going door-to-door, meeting 100+ contractors, and understanding how these businesses actually run. That shaped everything we’ve built. Today: - Hundreds of contractors use Broccoli to run their front office - We’ve grown from $0 → millions in ARR in under a year - We’re trusted by both single-location operators and the largest PE-backed roll-ups - Raised $25M+ from Khosla Ventures and YC THE ROLE We're hiring a VP, Strategic Accounts to own Broccoli's most important relationships and opportunities. This person will develop relationships with large operators, strategic partners, industry leaders, and executive stakeholders across the home services ecosystem while sourcing and closing some of the company's largest opportunities. This role reports directly to the CEO. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and expand relationships with executive decision makers - Own strategic enterprise opportunities from introduction through close - Develop partnerships across the home services ecosystem - Represent Broccoli at customer meetings, events, and industry conferences - Work closely with the founders on enterprise growth strategy - Help establish Broccoli as the leading AI platform for home services REQUIREMENTS Must Have - 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic accounts, business development, partnerships, consulting, or industry leadership - Existing executive-level relationships within home services, private equity, franchising, or adjacent industries - Track record of sourcing and closing large, complex deals - Experience selling to or working wi
