For more information, visit www.side.inc. **About the role ** The Translation Project Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of localization projects by coordinating resources, schedules, workflows, and communications to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery. Reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with Project Managers. **Requirements** **Key responsibilities** * Oversee project schedule and progress to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. * Create, maintain, and improve documentation to ensure visibility, accuracy, and efficiency. * Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges, proactively mitigate risks, and escalate issues to management as needed. * Conduct project scoping, effort estimation, timeline planning, and feasibility assessments. * Manage client and vendor communications effectively, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring clear expectations and timely updates. * Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility by proactively responding to shifting project requirements and business priorities. * Support Project Manager responsibilities as needed, including coverage during absences. * Coordinate and manage multiple projects si
