The KRAFTON Localization Team is a tight-knit team that aspires to deliver the fun and value of KRAFTON’s unique lineup of games across diverse genres to all our global players. What we do is not merely translation, but recreation of content to ensure that every player feels as if our content was created for them in their native language. We’re passionate about transcreating our experiences into the languages our players speak. Localization at KRAFTON is centered around linguistic excellence, high-end technology, and a successful balance of speedy content creation and quality. Working closely with the team to ensure materials are produced to a high standard and on time Collaborating with internal stakeholders (game teams, QA, marketing) to align on localization requirements and schedules Coordinating day-to-day vendor operations, including task assignment, communication, delivery, and flagging quality issues for escalation as needed Providing guidelines, reference materials, training, and support for partners (vendors, translators, regional offices) Operating and monitoring AI-assisted translation pipelines, including request management and quality oversight Analyzing workflow pain points and recommending practical solutions, including AI-driven improvements Supporting hands-on translation and review tasks as needed 이런 경험을 가진 분과 함께 성장하고 싶습니다!
