Must Have

Bachelor's degree or greater in Engineering or a related field, 3+ experience using AutoCAD (or similar CAD package), 3+ years of experience in a Civil and/or Structural engineering role, 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e. g. , blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design), 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project

Nice to Have

Professional Engineer (PE) license, 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, 5+ years of experience in design, analysis and evaluation of building structures, including foundations, roofing, framing, floors, equipment supports, seismic bracing, roadways, etc., 5+ years of experience leading construction projects, 5+ years of experience with building and safety codes, 5+ years of experience leading cross functional engineering teams, Experience working in a production environment

What You'll Do.

Provide hands-on support for reactive equipment repairs

Contribute to the planning and execution of construction projects through requirements development and project oversight

Identify opportunities to enhance site infrastructure

Emphasize structural design and structural/seismic analysis for building systems and equipment support

Lead project teams to develop conceptual designs

cost estimates and provide maintenance support for the structural phases of buildings

equipment installations

utility systems and grounds including advanced seismic designs

Review structural/seismic designs to assess compliance with customer requirements

building codes and regulations

Lead teams to ensure accuracy of drawing archives/libraries by reviewing contractor redlines

Identify errors and document construction changes to align with regulatory requirements

facility standards and record retention requirements

Lead production or procurement of detailed design documents

Use appropriate resources to produce project drawings

specifications and permit application packages in accordance with project parameters

Coordinate review and approve documents

Provide recommendations for strategic
