About the role: We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Accounts Director to join our Strategic Accounts team. This role will report to VP, Strategic Accounts. This role is critical for retaining and upselling some of Garner’s largest employer clients (1,000 - 5,000), ensuring they have an excellent experience and achieve expected results. The Director becomes a trusted strategic partner on plan design, bending cost trends, and driving plan performance, ultimately driving improved Net Revenue Retention and other KPIs for their book of business. Where you will work: Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ. Travel up to 25% of the time is expected. What you will do: Own the process to retain and upsell some of Garner’s largest employer clients (1,000 - 5,000 lives) Collaborate with account managers to ensure important clients have an excellent experience Become our client’s trusted strategic partner on plan design, bending cost trends and driving plan performance
