Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR, Equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience, Working at large fast-paced complex companies, Demonstrated experience managing compensation programs, Advising senior stakeholders, Excellent Excel skills, Ability to effectively use software, Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, Ability to interface with all levels of employees, Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility, Problem-solving abilities, Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
