What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience), 4-6 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field, High attention to detail, Familiarity with job evaluation methods, job leveling, pay structures, and compensation ranges
Nice to Have
Analytical and Excel/Google Sheets experience with HRIS/Compensation tools (e.g., CompXL, Pave, ADP WFN, Radford, Mercer, etc.) is a plus, Communication and interpersonal skills to influence and advise stakeholders, Communication skills and ability to influence
What You'll Do.
Analyze market trends and benchmark data
Support and administer annual compensation cycles
Lead the equity program
Manage the promotion process
Conduct pay equity reviews
Provide compensation guidance for offers
and governance of job
Manage and maintain compensation tools
and presentations for leadership and
Ensure compliance with federal
Participate in compensation surveys
Maintain up-to-date market pricing for key roles
