7+ years compensation experience, Hi-tech industry experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Command of compensation fundamentals, Advanced Excel skills, Demonstrated analytical rigor, Direct experience with Radford survey data, Experience with compensation platforms, Experience with HRIS reporting, Sound judgment and discretion

Serve as compensation point of contact
Build relationships with HRBPs
Translate business strategy into recommendations
Provide thought partnership on org design
Coach managers on compensation philosophy
Review and recommend offers
Partner on counter-offer strategy
Model downstream impact of pay decisions
Support annual compensation cycles
Train managers on tools and guidelines
Partner on accruals and system configuration
Maintain and evolve job architecture
Conduct market pricing
Recommend salary range updates
Identify and resolve internal equity issues
Build models and dashboards
Use AI-assisted tools
