Must Have
STEM degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, Experience with CONOPS, Campaign Modeling, Engagement and Mission Modeling, Threat Assessment & Modeling etc., Experience with Numerical Optimization Techniques, Analysis of Alternatives, or Design of Experiments., Experience with Military Operations Analysis., Experience with scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB, technical writing and oral communication skills., Team leadership skills., Active and transferable U. S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date., U. S. citizenship is required
Nice to Have
Experience with Raytheon owned Modeling and Simulation tools (e.g. OpsTool or RCADE) or Government/Industry Modeling and Simulation tools (e.g. AFSIM, OneSAF, ESAMS, Brawler, JAAM, TGx, STK, TMAP)., Experience with modeling and simulation of sensing systems and effectors., Design of Experiment, Statistical analysis, Data Analytics, An active DoD Top Secret clearance
What You'll Do.
leading a team of 8-15 Engineers focused on the development and integration of variable-fidelity computer models and simulations
generate virtual and/or analytical solutions to identify technology gaps
demonstrate the operational benefits of new mission concepts in complex operational scenarios
develop and visualize solutions in support of one or more projects as an individual contributor.
accountable for the work and delivery of products from your section
direct line management activities for the team
including performance development and appraisal (including salary planning)
staffing allocation and ensuring your team has the resources needed to perform their work
and ensuring adherence to company policies and administrative requirements.
work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business alignment.
responsible for the flow of communications between your section and Raytheon management
perform an evaluation of end-to-end system needs to discover system interfaces and data connectivity requirements across the kill-chain.
work on the modeling of system and mission kill chains with tools such as Government
and Raytheon simulations
lead the development of metrics and results products that communicate the chain of events that led to an action.
lead the Implementation of algorithms to provide next-generation performance across the entire system of systems.
