consultative relationships with Enterprise customers
Engage customers to understand business needs
Design tailored Software solutions
Lead customer presentations and workshops
Drive contract renewals and expansion opportunities
Lead or support commercial discussions
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
Gather and relay customer and partner feedback
and sales performance metrics
Apply consistent sales methodologies and tools
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works in close collaboration with the Services Solutions Specialists (SSS); Works with Enterprise Account Managers (EAMs); Works with Partner Business Managers (PBMs); Collaborate with presales and technical teams; Gather and relay customer and partner feedback to internal teams
