About the Role We're hiring a Manager, Executive Compensation to help build and scale Nscale's executive compensation and equity programs as the company transitions to a public company and expands rapidly across global markets. This role sits within the People team as part of the Reward function and reports to the Director of Equity & Executive Compensation. You'll work closely with partners across Finance, Legal, People, stock administration, external compensation consultants, outside counsel, and senior business stakeholders to support both executive reward strategy and broader equity program design. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape programs at a pivotal stage of growth. Your work will help ensure Nscale's executive and equity compensation approach is market-informed, operationally sound, and aligned with governance standards, regulatory requirements, and shareholder expectations.
