Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 3-5 years of related professional experience or Master’s degree and/or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 2-3 years of experience or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a formal degree, A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in rack-level integration, Possess and maintain a deep understanding of AI compute rack configurations and the functionality of all integrated component, A understanding of rack-level management functions and integration best practices is essential, Proficiency in Mechanical and Thermal CAD tools, Proven experience in testing and qualifying rack-level solutions to ensure they meet or exceed performance and reliability benchmarks, Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role

Integrate rack level optical interconnects
Integrate all hardware and software elements within the AI compute rack

Integrate and configure smart PDUs (Power Distribution Units) to efficiently manage power distribution within the rack
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of and proficiency in rack-level management functions
including real-time monitoring
and automation of critical rack components
Execute hands-on lab racking and stacking procedures
including the assembly and setup of intricate
high-touch rack configurations
