Must Have
7-10 year of experience, Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred)

design and recommend compensation programs
Define worldwide compensation initiatives
Develop strategy to attract
retain and reward employees
Represent division's compensation strategy
Orchestrate M & A compensation integration
Review and develop compensation structure
Drive one-off compensation analyses
policies and training
Enable organization to identify anchor roles
Ensure global compensation programs are compliant
Develop and implement compensation processes
Collaborate with Global Compensation teams
coach and mentor compensation team members
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as a consultative partner to Senior Leaders and HR Leaders; Drive partnership with Divisional HR leader and Talent Management team; Collaborate with Global Compensation teams
Communication Scope
Communicate innovative solutions; Communicate regarding common scientific and/or technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
