What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent technical work, 12+ years of related experience, Proven track record of driving profitable top-line growth, Significant Industry experience in Laser & Photonics, Micro Processing, and/or Semiconductor markets, Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, Extensive experience leading technical sales and service teams at a senior level, Ability to travel up to 30%, Ability to frequently meet in-person with customers and internal MKS stakeholders

Develop and execute account strategy
