What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent technical work, 12+ years of related experience, Proven track record of driving profitable top-line growth, Significant Industry experience in Laser & Photonics, Micro Processing, and/or Semiconductor markets, Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, Extensive experience leading technical sales and service teams at a senior level, Ability to travel up to 30%, Ability to frequently meet in-person with customers and internal MKS stakeholders

What You'll Do.

Develop and execute account strategy

Partner with Product Line Managers

Build and deploy account plans

Report on performance

Coach and mentor team members

Champion a high-performance culture

Develop customer intimacy

Maintain and expand senior-level relationships

Act as customer advocate internally

Ensure flawless execution of deliveries

Provide strategic pricing recommendations

Maintain and develop CRM accuracy

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with Product Line Managers; Collaborate with General Managers; Coordinate management review meetings; Coordinate quarterly business reviews; Coordinate executive review meetings; Coordinate technical roadmap meetings; Partner closely with Customer Service; Partner closely with Operations; Partner closely with Logistics
