We are looking for a Director of People Operations to lead and scale our global benefits, payroll, and compensation functions. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, someone who can build scalable, employee-centered programs while managing a team and partnering closely with senior leadership. Reporting to the VP, People Operations, you will own the infrastructure that keeps our people programs running seamlessly across a growing global organization. What You'll Do: Lead and develop a team responsible for global benefits strategy and management, payroll processing, and compensation program management Own the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of competitive global benefits programs that attract and retain top talent Lead payroll vendor strategy and processing decisions, ensuring the organization has the right partners, processes, and infrastructure to support a growing global workforce Drive the annual compensation planning process, including salary benchmarking, merit cycles, incentive programs, and equity administration Partner with senior leadership to develop and evolve the organization’s compensation philosophy, ensuring it is competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compensation, benefits, payroll, and broader People Operations strategy Oversee global job leveling, career architecture frameworks, and compensation structures to ensure consistency and equity across all regions Partner with Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure compliance with local, state, fede
