Are you passionate about joining a dynamic AWS team that drives sales excellence through strategic enablement? The Sales Planning and Compensation (SPC) team designs integrated planning processes and sales compensation programs to activate AWS' GTM strategy. SPC manages annual planning, in-year adjustments, and sales compensation design to align seller incentives with AWS' strategic priorities. We are seeking an experienced Content Developer with a proven track record of designing and delivering compelling content for diverse audiences including sellers, sales managers, sales operations teams, and sales leadership. This role will be responsible for creating high-impact enablement materials that span both sales compensation and sales planning topics, helping sellers understand their compensation plans while ensuring sales operations and management teams have clear documentation about planning cycles, processes, and tooling. This role will collaborate closely with design, policy, and program teams across both sales compensation and sales planning domains to create clear, engaging content. You will flex to cover a wide span of topics ranging from seller-facing materials about sales compensation plans to technical documentation on process flows and data sets. The ideal candidate combines excellent communication skills with strong program management capabilities and technical aptitude to effectively translate complex technical and business concepts into digestible, user-friendly content for varied audiences.
