What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, 2–4+ years of progressive experience in compensation, People Team analytics, or related field, Experience working with compensation surveys and benchmarking methodologies
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, urgent care, or multi-site service environments, Experience working in a multi-state regulatory environment, Progress toward or interest in Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
What You'll Do.
Conduct market pricing using healthcare and general industry
Support development and maintenance of job architecture
and maintenance of salary
Support compensation programs for center staff
Support compensation programs for corporate roles
Support compensation programs for provider-adjacent structures
Participate in annual compensation cycles
Build and maintain compensation models
Analyze workforce data
Assist with developing reporting and dashboards
Ensure compliance with compensation regulations
Support audits and documentation for pay practices
Partner with Legal and People Operations to interpret
Provide compensation guidance
Support manager education on compensation
Maintain compensation data within Workday
Support system enhancements
and reporting capabilities
Assist in maintaining survey participation and data submission

You’re more valuable than ever – And that’s just how we’ll make you feel. **Job Summary** The Compensation Analyst supports the design, implementation, and administration of the Company’s compensation programs across a multi-state, healthcare-focused environment. This role blends foundational analytical responsibilities with more advanced modeling and consultative support, ensuring pay programs are competitive, scalable, and compliant with evolving regulatory requirements. This position partners closely with People Operations, Talent Management, Finance, Operations, and clinical leadership to support both corporate (Support Center) and field-based compensation programs, including center staff and provider-adjacent pay structures. **Qualifications** **Education Required:** • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field **Licenses/Certifications Required:** • None **Work Experience Required:** • 2–4+ years of progressive experience in compensation, People Team analytics, or related field • Experience working with compensation surveys and benchmarking methodologies **Preferred Qualifications, Education, Licenses, Certifications, Experience, etc.:** • Experience in healthcare, urgent care, or multi-site service environments • Experience working in a multi-state regulatory environment • Familiarity with Workday (or comparable HRIS) • Experience with compensation tools (e.g., BetterComp, MarketPay, CompAnalyst) • Progress toward or interest in Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** • This role involves interaction and collaboration with other departments and requires excellent judgment and interpersonal skills.• Analytical Rigor – Ability to translate data into actionable insights • Business Partnership – Builds strong relationships with People Operations and operational leaders • Attention to Detail – Ensures high accuracy in data, modeling, and compliance • Adaptability – Thrives
