Rexel USA operates its electrical distribution business in the United States through eight Regions that go to market under various banner and trade names, including Rexel, Rexel Automation, Gexpro, Mayer, Talley and Platt Electric Supply. In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S. We are looking for a Zone Logistics Manager to join our Rexel team in Houston, TX! Summary: The MMOM (Major Market Operating Model) Zone Logistics Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse and logistics operations across multiple locations. This role provides zone-level leadership to local site warehouse managers and is accountable for driving standardized, safe, and efficient execution of all inbound and outbound logistics processes across multiple branch locations. The Zone Logistics Manager ensures alignment with Rexel standards in warehouse operations, safety compliance, receiving, put-away, inventory handling, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery readiness. This position partners closely with commercial and branch leadership to ensure logistics execution supports customer commitments, ISOTIF performance, and profitable growth.
