What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of employee and performance management experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
What You'll Do.
Become subject matter expert for AMZL and customer
Conduct root cause analysis
Define corrective actions
Ensure corrective actions are completed
Dive deep on executive escalations
Develop understanding of customer needs and pain points
Present to senior management
Build relationships with stakeholders
Understand and evaluate business priorities
Define shared opportunities and requirements
Establish information sharing mechanisms

Deliver end-to-end continuous improvement programs
Deliver projects and initiatives
Develop metrics and reports
Produce metrics and reports
Lead auditing activities in delivery stations
Ensure process implementation
