What You'll Do.
Operational leadership and performance of the Grampians YPARC program
Contract and financial oversight
Identifying opportunities for evaluating local needs
Supporting program growth
Ensuring team members are committed to vision
Setting a positive culture
Coordination of referral and intake
Supporting recruitment and induction of staff
Provision of staff support
and professional development
Supporting program resourcing
performance and reporting
Asset and facility management
Management and oversight of the staff roster
Support co-production activities
Actively engaging with leadership team
Participating in innovation and quality improvement activities

Team & Collaboration
Cross-functional coordination; Work in close partnership with clinical and other partners; Engaging with the leadership team across Grampians Health region
