THE OPPORTUNITY As a YouTube Video Editor, you’ll shape raw footage into clear, engaging stories that feel intentional, thoughtful, and easy to follow. This role supports Figma’s YouTube content efforts, with Snowball serving as the creative partner leading strategy, creative development, and channel growth. You’ll work closely with Snowball’s YouTube experts (27M+ subscribers, 110B+ views) to refine storytelling, explore new formats, and help build a channel rooted in quality, curiosity, and creative depth. You’ll shape narrative flow, simplify complex ideas, and create content that feels intentional and engages audiences from start to finish.
