As one of our YouTube Channel Managers, you will be responsible for the operation and growth of several high-profile YouTube channels, representing key priority brands across 40M+ subscribers and 400M+ monthly views. They will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive YouTube strategy, focusing on long-term channel growth, audience engagement, and brand alignment. This position is located within our Hasbro Entertainment division, based at our Capper Street offices in London, UK and follows a hybrid working model, with required in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while offering flexibility for remote work on Mondays and Fridays. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset with a strong analytical foundation, using data and performance insights to drive decisions, shape content direction, and continuously optimise channel growth. This role requires a proven track record of managing large-scale YouTube channels, a genuine passion for kids’ and family content, and the ability to translate audience and performance data into content strategies that resonate. The YouTube Channel Manager will be expected to continuously monitor the competitive landscape, translating insights into refined content strategies that keep Hasbro’s channels ahead of industry benchmarks.
