What You'll Do.
Facilitate summer youth program
Coordinate summer youth program
Recruit summer program participants
Recruit summer program volunteers
Schedule culturally appropriate activities
Manage program budget
Maintain equipment inventory
Prepare facility prior to arrival
Ensure facility cleanup at end of day
Ensure organizational guidelines are followed
Build positive relationships with youth
Build supportive relationships with youth
Provide mentorship to youth
Provide guidance to youth
Provide encouragement to youth
Monitor participant behavior
Address conflicts using trauma-informed approaches
Adapt activities to meet different ages
Adapt activities to meet different abilities

Track participant engagement
Assist with program evaluation

Co-lead daily activities
