Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience, Computer literate, MS Word and Excel skills, Ability to learn specialized databases and software systems, Valid Driver's License

What You'll Do.
Provide career counseling
Provide case management services
Provide follow-up services
Determine eligibility
Assess career seekers' needs
Offer 14 Youth Program Elements
Create relationships with juvenile justice centers
Create relationships with school districts
Enter data into state system
Process clients through participant information system
Guide career seekers through preparation of individual employment
Stay on top of labor market trends
Advise youth on opportunities
Refer individuals to services
Follow up on referrals
Conduct orientation sessions
Conduct group presentations
Maintain accurate individual case files
Meet program benchmarks
Exceed program benchmarks
Participate in staff events
Complete required reports
