Must Have
Minimum 5 GCSEs (grade C or above), or equivalent, Skills, knowledge, and experience relevant for the job, Up to date driving licence, Access to a vehicle, MOT, Business insurance, Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check
Nice to Have
Relevant qualification in youth/community work, social care, health, or education
What You'll Do.
Deliver interventions to children & young people
healthy relationships
Make positive decisions
Engage young people using creative arts
Start dialogue where traditional interventions are not appropriate
Work directly with C&YP who are victims of
Deliver one-to-one and group-based interventions
Prevent escalation into further victimisation or offending
Undertake one to one work with C&YP
Inform a risk management plan
Link with other relevant partners/agencies
Deliver trauma-informed one-to-one interventions
Use engagement-focused approaches
Support emotional wellbeing
Support stress management
Facilitate peer-led groups
Facilitate restorative approaches
Engage families and carers
Manage outcome tracking
Work closely with multi-agency partners
