In this role, you will perform inline targeting procedures using SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and ETM tools (including Exsolve, TEM Link, and Metrios) to capture high-quality images. These procedures will follow either customized customer instructions or standardized protocols. As a key contributor to the world’s leading memory and storage solutions provider, you will be at the forefront of innovation. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm, reflecting Micron’s core values: People, Innovation, Tenacity, Collaboration, and Customer Focus. **Responsibilities:** * Performs SEM and ETM analysis requests, following detailed instructions and applying basic cross‑sectioning techniques for sample preparation. * Prioritizes analysis tasks based on the request queue and coordinates with supervisors to adjust priorities when needed. * Collaborates with customers, peers, and supervisors to clarify requirements and ensure accurate, targeted results. * Interprets collected data and delivers well‑supported conclusions for each analysis request. * Operates all required SEM/ETM lab equipment safely, maintaining all necessary training and certifications. * Identifies and reports minor equipment issues proactively to prevent disruptions and support lab efficiency. * Maintains up‑to‑date technical knowledge of device structures and upcoming components. * Recommends process improvements and shares knowledge to support team learning and continuous improvement. **Minimum Requirements:** * High school diploma or equi
