If you thrive in enterprise environments, enjoy leading system improvements, and have deep Yardi administration experience, we want to hear from you. # **Key Responsibilities** **Enterprise System Governance & Configuration** * Provide enterprise oversight of the Yardi platform, including configurations, financial structures, and security roles * Establish and maintain governance standards, configuration protocols, and change management processes * Ensure system alignment with cross-functional business and reporting requirements * Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and module deployments * Maintain system architecture documentation and configuration standards **Data Integrity & Reporting** * Establish data validation controls and integrity processes * Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance support within the system * Monitor and resolve data anomalies and inconsistencies * Support the development and optimization of reporting frameworks **User Support & Leadership** * Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Yardi functionality and capabilities * Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex system issues * Lead, mentor, and develop Yardi support team members * Partner with business units to improve workflows and system utilization **Vendor & Project Management** * Manage relationships with Yardi and third-party vendors * Lead system-related projects, upgrades, implementations, and enhancements * Evaluate and prioritize change requests aligned with enterprise objectives * Support cross-functional initiatives involving integrations and s
