What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience in yard, warehouse, logistics, or industrial operations leadership, Forklift certification required, Demonstrated leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, Demonstrated ability to implement structure, accountability, and operational process improvements
Nice to Have
Previous experience within scaffolding, construction, industrial rental, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environments considered an asset, Experience operating ERP and inventory management systems preferred, Diploma or degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field is an asset but non-essential
What You'll Do.
Lead and oversee daily yard and warehouse operations
Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks
Maintain organized yard layout and material flow
Ensure materials are bundled
Monitor outbound shipments for accuracy and completeness
Oversee inbound rental returns processing
Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy
Conduct and oversee regular cycle counts
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Ensure damaged materials are segregated and documented
Support inventory reconciliation and data integrity
Ensure outgoing materials meet quality and safety standards
