What You’ll Do * Operate a forklift safely and confidently to load and unload commercial vehicles, keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. * Accurately pick and prepare orders (picks & preps) to ensure customers receive the right product, on time and in top condition. * Take pride in quality by inspecting products and assembling sample orders with precision and care. * Play a key role in maintaining our high standards by monitoring product quality and ensuring all specifications are consistently met. * Contribute to a safe and organized workplace by following established safety protocols, procedures, and best practices. * Proactively identify and report product discrepancies or equipment concerns to keep operations on track. * Stay safety-focused by wearing and maintaining required PPE in line with training and company standards. * Be a team player—supporting day-to-day yard operations and stepping in where needed to keep things moving. * Work closely with forklift operators, drivers, and teammates to hit daily targets and drive overall team success. ## Qualifications * Demonstrated experience operating forklifts and yard equipment in production or warehouse environments. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standa
