Insurance experience with High Net Worth clientele, Property and Casualty (P&C) license, Client facing experience with professionalism skills including confidentiality, professional written and verbal communication, team player attitude, and a sense of urgency, Some travel required
Nice to Have
2+ years of yacht or marine insurance experience, College degree, Professional designations are a plus, e. g. CPCI, CIC, CPRIA, Relationship with carriers, Experience using an agency management system
What You'll Do.
Support a high-volume book of business
Provide proactive day-to-day service
Anticipate and evaluate client needs
Respond to client questions
Gather information related to client needs
Propose a variety of solutions
Negotiate with multiple insurance carriers
Conform to all laws and regulations
Responsible for new business development
Expand existing client programs
Maintain all pertinent account information accurately
