What You'll Do.
Meet quality standards

Supervise cleaning personnel
Ensure mission statement and values are followed
Oversee cleaning personnel
Ensure units are cleaned effectively
Ensure units are cleaned efficiently
Develop high standard of excellence within staff
Assign duties to housekeeping personnel
Prep rooms for housekeepers
Clean rooms using MasterCorp’s 7-step to clean process
Assist in training of staff
Report unit maintenance issues
and furniture for stains
Report units as vacant and ready
Complete required report cards
Replace kitchen inventory and supplies
Maintain storage closets
Organize storage closets
Report lost and found items
Ensure safe working environment
Perform all duties related to site operation
Ensure sense of urgency within housekeeping staff
Be prompt with all assignments
Be prompt with all appointments
Utilize supplies efficiently
Utilize supplies effectively
Utilize equipment efficiently

Perform inventory and linen supplies
Assist in linen inventories
