What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University or Bachelor's advanced degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience, 8-12 years or more of selling experience at end-user account or partner level, Experience as successful account business/sales manager, selling to CxO and decision-maker level, IT industry, Channel Transactional Sales and SMB/MM customer segment knowledge, Proven SMB end-user sales &/or partner management at Regional/WW (as a preference) or Country level, financial acumen & business management skills, Structured, pragmatic & results driven, interpersonal skills - drive, ability to develop collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders in a complex and changing environment, influencing & negotiation, leadership attitude, analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills, verbal and written communication skills, Ability to manage and influence virtual teams, Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines

Proven SMB end-user sales &/or partner management at Regional/WW level
What You'll Do.
Execute sales program aligned to GTM strategy
Grow revenue and market share
re-define & deploy sales programs
Drive interlock governance and cadence
Maximize program performance
Own sales program forecast
Drive execution with regional RTM counterparts
Review partner selection/co-selling/activation/joint business planning
Perform analysis for RTM activities
Track/report program metrics
Conduct analysis and summarize data
Make sales play recommendations
Assist with development & review of sales training materials
Audit content quality
Provide input into Readiness annual process
Ensure program quota distribution

Engage with regional RTM teams; Engage with global functions (product management, marketing); Engage with partners/agencies; Drive interlock governance and cadence with Regions and Global stakeholders; Manage and influence virtual teams; Interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines; Develop collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
