Drive interlock governance and cadence

Maximize program performance

Own sales program forecast

Drive execution with regional RTM counterparts

Review partner selection/co-selling/activation/joint business planning

Perform analysis for RTM activities

Track/report program metrics

Conduct Analysis and summarize data

Make sales play recommendations

Assist with development & review sales training materials

Audit content quality

Provide input into Readiness annual process

Ensure program quota distribution

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Engage with regional RTM teams; Engage with global functions; Engage with partners/agencies; Drive interlock governance and cadence with Regions and Global stakeholders; Drive execution with regional RTM counterparts; Develop collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders; Manage and influence virtual teams; Interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines
