Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world. **Job Responsibilities:** **QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB:** * Immediate open position * $85,000 - $110,000 annual compensation * Completion of a university degree in engineering or equivalent experience required * One to three years of related work experience in process and process development required * Knowledge of machinery, tooling and automation required * Problem solving skills to deal with issues as they arise * Interpersonal skills and the ability to provide guidance to others * Time management skills * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks * Computer literate (MS Office, Outook) * Practical knowledge and skills in data analysis, statistical analysis, chart making and auto cad required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills **MAIN DUTIES:** * Develop processes for all new launch tools * Works to continually improve existing proces
