You will be responsible for managing the client’s centralised ticketing system for both planned and reactive works. A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering a 5-star experience are essential. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, a solid understanding of Facilities Services, and a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team. Excellent coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills are fundamental requirements for success in this role **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and Manage Virtual Tools * Regularly check the ticketing systems and relevant communication channels for new requests or updates * First Response & Ticket Allocation * Provide initial responses to all employee requests * Allocate tickets to the appropriate local teams (e.g. Hard & Soft Services) * Ensure notifications are sent to the relevant team via email or instant messaging * Administrative Support * Complete ad hoc administrative tasks as required & provide support to the associate manager * Support routine monthly admin duties to ensure smooth operation * Team
