Must Have
Proven experience delivering commercial office or workplace projects (client, consultancy or contractor-side), understanding of RIBA stages and full project lifecycle, Knowledge of M&E systems, Building Regulations, fire safety and compliance, Experience managing multiple projects and contractors simultaneously, Comfortable operating within live, occupied environments
What You'll Do.
Own the end-to-end delivery of workspace projects across all RIBA stages
Drive procurement strategy and manage consultants
Ensure projects are delivered on time
and to Fora’s design and quality standards
Oversee project lifecycle from feasibility through to completion and handover
Build relationships with members
understanding their vision and translating it into tailored solutions
and outcomes confidently to clients and stakeholders
Act as a trusted partner throughout the project journey
Ensure compliance with building regulations
MEP systems and H&S standards
Review designs and contractor proposals to ensure technical integrity and feasibility
Implement robust quality assurance processes across all stages
Manage handover and close-out to ensure a seamless client experience

Work closely with Design
