Aligned with the Line Manager, the Workspace Experience & Operations (WE&O) Coordinator will be responsible for providing build a sense of community within the workspace & create memorable experiences through supporting colleagues and their work, regardless of where that is. They create a welcoming atmosphere and are the primary point of contact for all employees and their visitors. They will act as an ambassador of the JLL team, representing our values at all times and building long term strong relationships, interfacing not only with key site stakeholders but also with service partners, vendors, and very specially with site occupants. Tasks will be timely and conscientiously done, managing the risk and ensuring the building readiness. **Role and Responsibilities:** • Promote a healthier work environment, connect with people, share good initiatives such as sport activities and others.
