Role Overview RZR’s new Bangalore office at Tablespace Towers is a flagship investment in our culture, talent brand, and employee experience. With 250+ seats and rapid growth, our workspace must operate as a strategic asset—not merely a facility. The Workspace Manager owns the end-to-end in-office employee experience: from arrival to departure, every touchpoint, every day. This role manages a complex portfolio of vendors, budgets, stakeholders, and operational rhythms while continuously raising the bar for quality and belonging. This is an experience ownership role, not a facilities admin role. Scope includes one direct report and deep cross-functional partnership with People Operations, Finance, IT, and Tablespace building management. Key Responsibilities 1. Workspace Experience run performance reviews and renewals Primary liaison with Tablespace management; escalate and resolve proactively Manage external travel vendor and travel desk operations Serve as the go-to contact for all employee queries on facilities and logistics 3. Food, Cafeteria coordinate repairs/replacements with IT/Finance Follow vendor empanelment and PO processes 5. Finance, Budget track actuals vs plan and drive cost efficiency Prepare monthly P provide clear goals, coaching, and feedback Allocate responsibilities for reliable, repeatable execution Develop the coordinator for increasing ownership over
