Join us and you’ll develop your skills and expertise to the very highest levels, working in an international environment for a company known the world over for its brilliance._ **Key Accountabilities:** * Oversee and maintain the safety, maintenance and cleanliness of the service parts warehouse and service equipment in compliance with company and industry standards * Acts as point of contact and liaison between customers, suppliers, freight carriers, and shipping department. * Order, receive, package, dispatch, track and ensure on time delivery of parts and tools by investigating and resolving detention issues. * Organizes the return of non-compliance materials, warranty returns, salvageable cores, damaged or used material by preparing material return documentation and processing material returns with suppliers * Coordinates calibration of field service tooling; maintains tracking log of tool certification and ensures compliance with ISO and company quality standards. * Request parts and tools to perform job functions and source local vendors required for field service projects * Maintain active list of project timelines and prioritize job tasks * Assist in the preparation of projects and estimates for the field service technicians * Inspect physical condition of equipment including the requisitions for replacement of equipment and tooling. * Create and maintain accurate inventory records, logbooks, and parts lists to support service projects, parts stocking and special tool inventory * Inspect new and used parts to assure conformance to product specification * Coordinate and assist with performing component cleaning, evaluation, repair or overhaul * Maintain inventory control of warehouse parts, tools, and consumables and provides quarterly reports * Maintain a clean and organized shop environment * Assist in project administrative tasks and upkeep of shop equipment/r
