LSH Auto is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Workshop Technical Controller to join the team at our dealership in Macclesfield. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the technical operations of our workshop, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with manufacturer standards. You will collaborate closely with our technicians and management team to optimise workflow and maintain our commitment to excellence in customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assess and review technical work performed within the workshop to ensure quality and efficiency. * Coordinate repair and maintenance activities, ensuring resources are effectively utilised. * Provide technical support to technicians and assist in diagnosing complex issues. * Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop. * Collaborate with management to implement best practices and improve service processes. Salary - £36,253 OTE up to £54,000 Hours - 45 **Requirements** **Qualifications and Skills:** * NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred. * Significant experience in a technical or controller role within the automotive industry. * Strong understanding of automotive systems and machinery. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Good communication skills, both verbal and written. * Full UK driving licence is required.
