Must Have
Mechanical background, Proven leadership capabilities, Extensive experience in repair, overhaul, and maintenance of rotating equipment, Steam turbines and centrifugal compressors experience, Supervisory role experience, Attention to detail regarding quality records, work instructions, and production sign-offs, Excellent interpersonal skills, Commitment to safety, Experience in implementing H&S protocols, Experience maintaining workshop cleanliness (5S), Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week), Flexibility to manage overtime
What You'll Do.
Lead and mentor shop floor technicians
Ensure high productivity and morale
Conduct performance monitoring
Identify skills-based training requirements
Allocate work based on skill sets
Manage overtime or shift changes
Resolve difficult situations or technical challenges
Act as primary communication link between Workshop and
Ensure repairs respect timing and priorities
Achieve delivery targets
Oversee completion of work instructions
Ensure operations are signed
Guarantee work completed to highest industry standards
Ensure quality procedures are strictly followed
Ensure personnel operate within health and safety procedures
Report accidents or incidents
Participate in accident investigations
and professional workshop environment
