What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum Level 3 HGV NVQ or equivalent, technical knowledge of HGV maintenance and repair, Minimum 5 years workshop experience, at least 3 years in a supervisory or management position, HGV Licence essential, Proven experience maintaining vehicles and waste handling equipment to current legislative and DVSA standards, understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic and vehicle electrical systems, including fault finding and diagnostics, Experience managing maintenance records, compliance documentation and workshop health & safety standards
Nice to Have
TMCPC qualification preferred

Support and manage workshop employees
Ensure accurate completion and control of all service
maintenance and repair documentation
Oversee fault diagnosis and repair work
Build working relationships with operational depot teams
Deliver excellent workshop performance
