What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 12 months in a Customer Service, Scheduling or Technical Support role is essential, Competencies in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook is essential
Nice to Have
Basic technical knowledge of Electrical Metering work is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Coordinate and drive field staff productivity
Facilitate and manage workforce scheduling
Manage inbound customer calls
Conduct outbound scripted calls with customers
Coordinate calls with building managers
Identify and consolidate data
Plan and allocate work orders
Maintain field resource leave requests
Ensure adequate resourcing
Work efficiently with systems and databases
Ensure work in accordance with contractual quality
Ensure work in accordance with safety requirements
Complete any other duties as requested

Team & Collaboration
Working efficiently with Service Stream and client systems and databases; Coordinate calls with building managers
Communication Scope
Conduct outbound scripted calls with customers; Available on a rotating shift (7: 30am–4: 30pm) to manage inbound customer calls
