As a Workplace Operations Leader your main goals will be to: * Support the Chief Engineer in managing building related engineering services in both maintenance, repairs, projects and general site operational activities. * Deliver a cost- and quality-efficient technical service, within a safe working environment for direct reporting lines and all sub-contractors. * Identify & implement innovative ways to enhance service delivery to the customer, in a sustainable manner. * Proactively participate to create and enhance a culture of OneTeam and ensure integration of yourself and your team members within the wider workplace team on-site. * Responsibility for the infrastructure maintenance and engineering delivery. **Duties & Responsibilities** * Manage and/or implement Engineering contracts with vendors and partners in cooperation with the Purchasing department. Monitor effective delivery of these contracts. * Update, improve and oversee the content of all Engineering Site Operating Procedures (SOP) and follow-up on regular (repetitive) training on these SOP’s to ensure team members know what to do in each situation and what procedures to follow. * Support the site Chief Engineer to manage, monitor and improve a planned preventative maintenance program across the site, by managing Corri
