Must Have
2–5 years of experience in workplace operations, office management, or a related field, Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency with facilities or workplace software, comfort tracking budgets and projects, Availability to occasionally work outside standard hours for events or developing projects
Nice to Have
Experience supporting a scaled office environment (300+ employees), Workplace or facilities management certification, Background in hospitality, event coordination, or employee experience programming, Familiarity with space planning tools or workplace analytics platforms, Experience managing vendors and service contracts
