What They're Looking For.
Must Have
proven experience in office and/or facilities management, working knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and regulations, hands-on experience driving compliance programmes, background in events coordination, successfully delivered both intimate team experiences and large-scale company events, operate with a high sense of urgency, exceptionally organised, sharp attention to detail, proven ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously, communicate with clarity and confidence, exercise business judgment, balance competing priorities effectively, build rapport quickly and naturally, crypto-curious
Nice to Have
supporting both onsite and distributed remote teams, know when to escalate versus when to just get it done, knowledge of London's best venues, instinct for what makes an experience memorable
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end operations of our London MoonBase
daily facilities management
long-term space planning
Serve as primary liaison with onsite teams
resolving issues swiftly
Keep all communal areas consistently stocked
Administer global access controls
Manage vendor relationships and contracts
driving value and accountability
Oversee all global MoonBase locations outside of NYC
supporting office operations
Own global event planning and execution
Lead MoonPay's UK Health & Safety programme
ensuring full legislative compliance
proactively closing gaps
Take on ad hoc projects
operational initiatives
