Must Have
Previous experience coordinating events, workplace experiences, hospitality, operations, or people-related initiatives, organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail, A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly, Confidence working cross-functionally with different stakeholders and teams, The ability to independently drive projects while also collaborating closely with others, A passion for creating exceptional employee experiences and a positive workplace culture, Fluency in English and Swedish is required

ABOUT THE ROLE As Tandem Health's Workplace & Events Coordinator, you're responsible for the experiences and touch-points that shape what it feels like to work here - from small celebrations to a new hire's first week at our HQ. Your core focus is to make sure our workplace initiatives, culture initiatives, and people logistics are of high quality and is planned and executed in a exceptional manner.
