What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or related field, 3+ years in commercial property management, 3+ years managing financial aspects of projects/operations, knowledge of facilities/property management, Proven project management and multitasking ability, Basic CAD skills, Ability to read architectural drawings/specifications, Expertise in facilities, finance, real estate, and construction management, analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to manage vendors, including sourcing and negotiation, Experience managing staff and overseeing projects, Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Customer-focused with relationship-building skills

Nice to Have

Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education, AutoCAD preferred, Banking or financial corporate environment experience

What You'll Do.

Operate and maintain mechanical and critical equipment

Oversee cost estimation

contractor supervision

Approve expenses within authority

Provide full facilities support for building operations

Manage preventive and reactive maintenance

Collaborate with business leaders on space planning

Support space allocation planning

Develop asset lifecycle and replacement plans

Maintain vendor records and handle documentation

Prepare reports for management

Develop and monitor departmental budgets

Build and present business cases for facilities projects

Oversee maintenance programs

Implement processes to improve team productivity

Lead budget forecasting and monthly accrual projections

and conduct performance evaluations

Maintain knowledge of space planning

and property management practices

Collaborates with business leaders on space planning, workflow, relocations, and renovations; Partners with finance on budget matters
